Don't listen to these self-satisfied whiners. This is a great place with great food and great atmosphere where you can relax for however long you like with friends around a hookah and some turkish coffee. They don't come around and poke and prod at you constantly, incessently asking if you want refills or if there is something else that they can do for you. If you want service, make eye contact and give a polite wave. Some people like that, some don't. It's all about preference. I go all the time to hang out with friends and also to do my homework. It's open late every night and they don't give me the stink-eye when I stay for hours studying. Also, Beef Shawarma Sandwich = Delicious.
Basically, if you want to eat at East Side Mario's, then go there. If you want to eat at a Lebanese restaurant, go here. If you come expecting it to be different than western-style restaurants then you'll do fine. Try something new

Terrible. Worst food, nevermind worst Lebanese food. Service was nonexistent. Mixed up our food. Dishes were dirty. Overpriced. Charged us for water. Skimpiest portions. Don't go!

I feel that I have to warn people about this restaurant. Don't waste your time and money!

The service was bad- they didn't even bother to check on the food or refill our overpriced drinks. The food was terrible- the pita bread was old and appeared to have been bought from Save-On across the street. The vegetables my order was supposed to come with turned out to be shredded iceberg lettuce and french fries. For two of us, the bill came to $50, and I was actually tempted to refuse to pay the whole sum!

This restaurant made me want to go back and bump up every other rating I've ever given anything, just so I could rate it lower in comparison.

Absolutely horrible. I am not in the habit of giving unduly negative reviews of anything, but my experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly bad. The prices were mid-range, and as a mediocre cook I could have made myself a better meal at home in ten minutes, or bought something healthier, tastier and more interesting at any fast food restaurant. The pita bread was old and appeared to have been bought from Save-On across the street. The vegetables my order was supposed to come with turned out to be french fries and shredded iceberg lettuce. I found the service excellent, our server was very attentive and the food was very good. The hummus was fabulous.
