High Run Sports cafe is a very entertaining operations when it comes towards profiling the numerous sporting events. Itallows it's customers the opportunity to veiw all kinds of sporting events on teh many large flat screen TV's and also the regular televiions. UNFORUNATELY the management of this club is well below par. Its mamgrs are very cold towards it's customers amd staff and do not contribute any cvalue towards the operations and daily planning of the days activities. I have witnessed this myslef that exemplifys this. Numerous times this club has seen a very busy and exciting evening be distroyed by poor managemnt. Satff turnover is a constant problem due to a lack of orgnizational skills, participation by mangers in the time of need to assist when their is a large work load and a shortage of staff I have heard many times from staff members that they were being accused of not doing their job because of the extra work load has put them behind. Why doesn't mangement step up and assits in the timely delivery of services to ensure great customer care. Stop sittning on your butt and help out= after all this is an adbvantgae to all and the staff would see the effort and appreciate the help. If this isn't in manegments best interest, sel this fine business to someone who really cares about service and productivity.
