I went to a friend's birthday party recently. The birthday cake was divine! It was a wonderful sugar free chocolatey mouseey cake that was without a doubt the most delicious chocolate cake I've ever had. It was rich but light at the same time. My friend cannot eat sugar and it was a real treat for her to enjoy such a special celebratory cake. I was impressed with the fact that the cake did not have any of the after taste I have usually experienced with a sugar substitute type of cake. Brava!!!! It will be worth the drive for me to order a cake from Charlotte's for any occasion that comes up soon. Adele

I was quite disappointed with their food, surprisingly enough. I mean the samples were cool and all, but the pie that I bought tasted absolutely horrendously. Would never buy there again.

I've been going to Charlotte's food for years myself and they indeed have exceptional service, not to mention all the delicious pies they offer. I love the apple pies, apple crumble, and blueberry (mini) size pies as well. both my dad and father in law are diabetic and this is the only place I can find to accomodate their taste buds as well as health issues for desserts. Thank you!!!

The sugar free date squares, Blueberry and Cherry pies are the best I've ever tasted. Can't say enough good things about this place. Excellent...the best !!!!

Exceptional service, Charlotte herself is quite the character, and I've sampled quite a bit of their menu and found nothing lacking. This is without a doubt one of the best secrets in Richmond Hill. Highly, beyond highly, recommended.

Our family has been going to Charlotte's for over 5 years and do not think about how healthy the food is but about the great taste. This great tasting food... pies, quiches, cheesecake - sugar free cooking/baking combined with customer service that is second to none are some of the reasons to shop at this Richmond Hill gem.

Great food and great service. Love the cheese cake, muffins and apple crumble all with no sugar, low sodium and 98% lactose free. Love Charlotte!
