Tokyo Express served me FROZEN sashimi. When I asked for some thawed pieces, they refused and tried to tell me that sushi was supposed to be served frozen. I called them out on that and then they said they could microwave it for me. I thought that was pretty cheap and disrespectful, and I would never go here again.

I've alway's enjoyed Tokyo Express. Many of the front staff do not speak english and this can make for a frustrating experience. I no longer eat there as a result of poor standards of customer service.
